Terms of Purchase

Last updated: September 14, 2025

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”) govern the sale of products via the website vouqi.com (“Website”). By making a purchase via the Website, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The Terms and Conditions are adapted to Swedish and European consumer legislation , including the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Sales Act, and apply to all orders regardless of whether you are shopping from Sweden, another EU country or outside the EU.

The purchase agreement is concluded between you (the “customer”) and Vouqi (“we/us”).

2. Order and confirmation

An order is placed via the Website's checkout system. The order is only binding when we have received full payment and sent an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation is your receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of incorrect information, suspected abuse, technical errors or when the item is sold out.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) for customers in Sweden and in euros (EUR) for customers in the rest of the EU. When purchasing from other countries, prices may be displayed in the respective currency.

Prices include VAT for customers within the EU. For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes and import fees.

Payment is made via the options listed at checkout, such as card payment, Klarna, Swish or PayPal. Payment must be completed before delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery is via our logistics partners (e.g. PostNord, DHL, UPS or equivalent). Delivery times vary depending on the country:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days.

  • Rest of EU: 4–6 working days.

  • Outside the EU: 5–14 business days depending on country and customs processing.

We are not responsible for delays due to shipping companies, customs checks, or other events beyond our control.

👉 Transfer of risk: For consumers in the EU, the risk only passes when the goods are delivered to you. For purchases outside the EU, the risk passes when the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise required by mandatory law in your country.

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information. Incorrect information may lead to delayed or non-delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer within the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods. To cancel your purchase, you must contact us via info@vouqi.com within this period.

The conditions for return:

  • The product must be unused, in undamaged condition and in its original packaging.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving and approving the return, to the same payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed cosmetic products that have been broken open for health or hygiene reasons.

  • Products specially manufactured according to your instructions.

  • Digital content where you have expressly consented to the delivery commencing.

7. Complaints

According to Swedish law, you have the right to complain about a product for up to three (3) years from the date of delivery. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

In the event of a complaint, we can offer repair, new delivery or refund. The right to complaint does not cover damage caused by incorrect use, normal wear and tear or careless handling.

8. Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of SEK 249 within Sweden or €25 within the EU to cover shipping, return and handling. For orders outside the EU, actual return shipping costs will apply.

9. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill our obligations if this is due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, government decisions or disruptions of transportation or payment providers.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the current order.

👉 However, nothing in these terms and conditions limits your mandatory rights as a consumer, our liability in the event of intent or gross negligence or liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Personal data

When you make a purchase, we process personal data (name, address, email, telephone number, payment details) in order to process the order. This is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue with our customer service. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you as a consumer may contact the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN) in Sweden or the equivalent body in your country.

You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Disputes that proceed will be decided by a Swedish court with Stockholm District Court as the first instance, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection law.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. The version that applies is the one published on the Website at the time of ordering. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of the document.
