Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1 to 3 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment and depends on the shipping option selected.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided that the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we can often correct the address.

How long do the products last?
The shelf life is stated on each product. After opening, they usually last between 6 and 12 months depending on the product.
Are the colors long-lasting?
Yes. Our lip products are designed to last a long time without feeling dry or heavy.
How long does a lip stain last?
A lip stain is designed to provide long-lasting color that lasts all day, even through light meals and drinks.
Does lip gloss smudge?
No. Our glosses are designed to provide shine without feeling sticky.
Does lip stain dry out the lips?
No. Our formulas are designed to provide color without feeling tight or dry. If needed, you can apply a lip balm or gloss on top.
Usage & Application
How do you use lip stain?
1. Apply with the applicator along the lip contour or all over the lips.
Let dry for 5–15 minutes depending on desired color intensity.
2. Gently peel off the film to reveal your beautiful lip color.
3. Wear the lip color as is or top with your favorite lip gloss.
How do you remove lip stains?
Remove lip stain with an oil-based makeup remover or cleansing oil. Work gently over lips and wipe off with a soft cotton pad. Repeat if necessary. The color will also fade naturally over time.
Do I need to prepare my lips before application?
For best results, lips should be clean and dry. A light lip scrub may help with even application.
What do I do if the color becomes uneven when applying lip stain?
If the application is uneven, remove the product completely and reapply to dry lips. A light lip scrub before application can also give more even results. Results are best on moisturized, non-chapped lips.
Can I use lip stain every day?
Yes. The products are designed for daily use.
Can I use lip stain if I have dry lips?
Yes, but for best results it is recommended to moisturize the lips regularly and use gloss or balm on top if necessary.

Can I combine multiple products?
Absolutely. The products are designed to work both individually and together to create different looks.
Can you use the lip liner alone?
Yes. The lip pencil also works on its own for a more matte and defined result.
Are the lip pencils soft or hard?
They are soft and creamy enough to be comfortable but firm enough for precision.
