Shipping and Return Policy

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via vouqi.com, both within Sweden and the rest of the EU.

Shipping & Delivery

Sweden: Free shipping when purchasing 3 or more products, otherwise the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Delivery time is normally 1–3 business days.
EU (outside Sweden): Free shipping when purchasing 3 or more products, otherwise the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Delivery time is normally 4–6 business days.

General:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, often shipped the same day.
All shipments are sent with trackable delivery. Tracking information is sent via email when your order is on its way.
Delivery times may be affected by shipping delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, delivery is considered complete.
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact and address details. Incorrect information may lead to delays or failed delivery.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

According to EU consumer legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

Important exception: Cosmetics and lip care products whose seals have been broken are not covered by the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its unbroken original packaging for a return to be approved.

Return conditions:

Return window: 14 days from receipt

A return shipping fee of SEK 39 will be deducted from the refund
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label via email.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we have received and approved the return.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved the return, the value of the item will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please include photos and your order number, and we will assist you immediately. This does not affect your statutory right to claim.
