Shipping and Return Policy

These terms and conditions apply to all orders via vouqi.com, both within Sweden and the rest of the EU.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Sweden: Free shipping when purchasing 3 or more products, otherwise the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Delivery time normally 1–3 working days.

  • EU (outside Sweden): Free shipping when purchasing 3 or more products, otherwise the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Delivery time normally 4–6 working days.

Generally:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, often shipped the same day.

  • All shipments are shipped with trackable delivery. Tracking information will be sent via email when your order is on its way.

  • Delivery times may be affected by shipping delays, holidays or weather conditions.

  • When the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the delivery is considered completed.

  • The customer is responsible for providing correct contact and address information. Incorrect information may lead to delays or non-delivery.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to current EU legislation.

Here's how:

  1. Please contact us at info@vouqi.com before returning anything. Please include your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will send you return information.

  3. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  4. The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

  5. Returns of used products are not accepted.

Please note: The customer is responsible for the item during return shipping. We recommend trackable shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we have received and approved the return, the value of the item (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please attach pictures and your order number and we will help you immediately.

Unclaimed Packages

  • Sweden: Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of SEK 249.

  • Rest of EU: Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of €25.

The fee covers shipping, return shipping, and handling costs.

Changes

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your order and place a new order.

Reservations & Responsibilities

We reserve the right to:

  • Printing errors, price changes and final sales.

  • Technical errors or color deviations depending on screen settings.

  • Any delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances beyond our control.
